Do you love small businesses and want to help them be more successful?

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves to contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing business?

We want Jetpack Workflow to become the go-to practice management tool for accounting firms and are looking for a sales support and administration hire

You will join our small, amazing team and work closely with our Sales Manager in our East Liberty, Pittsburgh, PA office to design, improve and grow our SaaS product


Day to day:

  • Manage and maintain the general sales inbox, intercom support chat on the marketing website, direct incoming queries to the appropriate person, and respond quickly to any incoming sales calls
  • Work inside our CRM and sales applications to pull lead lists, follow up reports, activity reports, and more
  • Help with research related projects, edit content for sales/marketing, coordinate office supplies and marketing materials
  • Assist with other the sales, support, and success team projects

Requirements

We believe you'd be a phenomenal fit if any of these describe to you:

  • You have excellent research, analytical thinking, and communications (phone, interpersonal, and email) skills
  • You become “irked” (but not rude) when a process isn’t followed
  • You have a strange obsesion for spreadsheets, are the go to “organized one” in your peer group, or find yourself diving into “inbox zero” or desktop folder management
  • You continually hone your skills (and love to learn new ones)
  • You’re very tech savvy, and are familiar with many of the leading software applications (and pick up new ones quickly)
  • You love bringing organization to fast paced environments, and love helping team members succeed
  • You’ve alreayd found at least one typo in this write up, and you’re going to email us which ones you found
  • Bonus if you have previous experience working in a startup or have experience with project management, task management or CRM software

What We're Building

Jetpack Workflow is Recurring Client Management for Professional Firms (with a current focus on small-mid accounting firms)

We serve the 'second half' of the client relationship, the one that deals with ongoing work, scheduling, billing, and firm analytics
