Sales Development Representative

Trustify is looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team in Arlington, VA. This is an entry level position with a direct professional development path to an Account Executive role for the right candidate. Read more about our Crystal City office here

Description:

  • Research, identify, and qualify prospects through outbound phone calls and emails
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding the Trustify for Business product suite
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow up
  • Be responsible for prioritizing and leading prospecting activities through SalesForce and SalesLoft
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Work closely with the Sales team and the Investigations team to schedule appointments with qualified leads
  • Prospect and develop leads: Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Optimizing and managing SDR pipeline consistently throughout the sales process



Requirements

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Inside Sales Experience is a huge plus but, we will train the right candidate
  • Prior high-volume phone experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivation to meet and surpass goals
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Thrive in a competitive environment and jump at the opportunity to take on new challenges
  • Driven by a desire for excellence in your craft and work hard to constantly improve
  • Experience with SalesForce and SalesLoft is a plus
  • Open to learning, receiving, and acting on feedback to improve results
  • High energy and positive attitude
