Job Details

The Customer Service Representative will provide outstanding service acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products and services. Representatives will provide callers with thorough service that builds relationships, resolves issues, provides them with additional services where appropriate, and increases overall trust and satisfaction in the companies products and services.


Day to day duties include processing orders for product, credits and returns, accounts receivable. Liaison with customer and in house staff regarding backorders, transfers, and collections. Provide accurate pricing information to customer regarding product and subsequent billing(s). Implement set up of customer contracts and sales representative territory creation. Pricing research and reporting as required

Requirements

  1. Professionally handle high volume incoming customer inquiries regarding medical device products and services
  2. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess needs and fulfill customer requests to enhance the customer’s overall product satisfaction.
  3. Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently including billing inquires
  4. Handle back office work including responding to email inquiries accurately and effectively
  5. Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
  6. High School Diploma or GED required
  7. 2-4 years of experience in customer service required ideally in the program’s industry
  8. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access), Oracle, Bar Code Scanning, WebOps, Telephone, Fax and Copy Machines
  9. Knowledge of standard hospital protocols a plus
  10. Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to work independently, detail oriented
