Trustify is looking for an experienced operator and manager to join our leadership team as Chief of Staff to the CEO. You will be a part of the top executive team reporting directly to the CEO and your work will be a critical factor in our overall performance. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of business according to established policies and vision


  • CEO's trusted "down and in" operations and execution leader
  • Provide input in business and strategic planning
  • Set goals for departments and individual managers
  • Lead recurring meetings with leadership team, department and individual managers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements
  • Organize and coordinate inter- and intradepartmental operations
  • Oversee resource allocation and budgeting
  • Ensure a data-driven decision making mindset across the organization and from the top down
  • Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance
  • Resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner
  • Assume responsibility for timely reporting to senior management
  • Assist in other tasks (e.g. special projects, strategic initiatives, annual budgeting, reviews, fundraising, etc.) as assigned
  • Regular executive-level reporting to the CEO across all departments and company at-large


  • Proven experience as a chief of staff (political / Senate / Hill or business) or as an administrative officer
  • Experience in operations management
  • Solid understanding of business functions (HR, finance etc.)
  • Knowledge of fiscal planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. SEC)
  • Proficient in MS Office and databases
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a definite plus
